SwastSaathi (swastsaathi.in) is an idea-stage health-tech venture founded by Aman Kumar. This website is an informational site. It does not provide medical consultations, diagnosis, prescriptions or any clinical service, and it does not store patient medical records.

02What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to submit through our enquiry forms: your name, email address, and — where you provide them — organisation, professional role, phone number, location, area of interest and your message. Please do not include personal medical or health information in your enquiry.

03How we use it

Your details are used solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. Each submission is stored securely in our website database and forwarded to the SwastSaathi team by email. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

04Service providers

We use trusted hosting and email-delivery providers to operate this website and deliver enquiry notifications. They process data only on our behalf and for these purposes.

05Retention

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for reasonable record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have sent us by submitting a request through the contact form. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
